Marsh Hawk Build

Marsh Hawk Build

Constructed out of 8 inch Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), this modern cabin features many energy efficient upgrades. When the client granted us almost total design freedom, we enjoyed adding custom timber work and custom metal work on the interior stair railings and fireplace doors, as well as the exterior porch railings. Because the views from this house are second to none, we incorporated French doors and picture windows along the back of the house to bring the glorious outside in.

Mt. Arter Build

Mt. Arter Build

Lots inside city limits are a pretty rare find, so when a really nice ranching couple asked for a custom design/build to fit their lifestyle, we were all in. This house is a stick-framed build with a bonus room above the garage that was made into a spacious office and spare bedroom. Custom crafted office furniture made this a rancher's dream office.  We collaborated with the client on the interior and exterior finishes, including traditional timber frame features in the front of the house, giving it extra beautiful curb appeal.

Squaw Creek Build

What a unique opportunity it was to build this 7,000 square foot custom home! It features a hidden man cave, home movie theater, home gym and apartment built under the garage, a locally fabricated resistance pool & hot tub out the back door, and hand-crafted cabinetry, pantry & furniture pieces. It is a truly unique and beautiful home. Due to client privacy requests, there are no interior pictures at this time.

Wilderness Medicine Campus Build

It takes a crew to build a village! This new student housing facility and rec center for a wilderness medicine school were a wonderful challenge and project from the get-go. The client's goal of sustainability and environmentally responsible building practices meant that the 5 student housing buildings were constructed out of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), all with electrical utilities subsidized with solar power infrastructure. During the construction process, we took great care to have a low impact on the trees and other vegetation in the area. Each cabin is color coded, with fun & brightly colored flooring and furniture pieces. Our favorite is "Green Cabin" because of its top-of-the-hill views!
