I am the secretary/bookkeeper for Bonneville Builders, in addition to being Jerod’s biggest fan for over 16 years! I attended the University of Wyoming where I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Due to the circumstances I recently decided on expanding my education by taking a QuickBooks class at Central Wyoming College.
I distinctly recall the early origins of Jerod’s passion for woodworking when he used to come home after a long day’s work resembling a 5’9” heap of sawdust and wood shavings (with eyes), blanketing the house with powdery trails of whatever he happened to be building that day. I remember having to wipe out the inside of our washing machine after each load to clean up the various sized pieces of soggy residue his pockets had spit out. Now I’ve not only gotten used to the mess at the bottom of the washer, I actually (almost) enjoy seeing the little holes clogged! It means our business is doing well. I have always enjoyed and respected Jerod’s love for his craft but it seems now that some of that “love” has permeated my way, to the point that we can’t even step foot into a house or building without one of us starting a conversation relating to the construction of the structure!
